Custom-Made Items

Because custom products are made specifically for you using your personal photos, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect photos uploaded

• Cropping or design preferences once approved at checkout

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping) will be issued.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

To request assistance with an order, please email hello@byremindstudio.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos, if applicable

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
