Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Holiday seasons or an amount of orders that is larger than usual may delay this.
- You will receive email notifications with order status updates.
- If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.
- Multiple sets or bulk orders may ship in multiple packages. All tracking numbers will be provided.
US Orders
- We ship most of our orders via USPS
- It takes approximately 2-5 business days for continental US destinations and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii
